  • How do I book for my event?
    Click on each rental to view equipment details. Once you have selected your rentals, enter your personal details and checkout! Once we have received your booking request, our event coordinator will contact you via phone/email to confirm your rental details. Your Rental Confirmation will sent via the email you provide within 24 hours. *Payments should only be made once you receive a Rental Confirmation from us. For bookings needed within less than 24 hours, please call us for immediate assistance.
  • How can I pay for my booking?
    A Rental Confirmation will be sent to you via email along with our bank account information. We currently accept online bank transfers from Bank of Butterfield or HSBC Accounts. Full Payment must be made in full one day prior to your event. *Late Fees do apply, at a rate of $25.00 per day.
  • Do you require a deposit when booking?
    Once you receive a Rental Confirmation from us via email a deposit of 25% of your total is required. This payment will secure your date and will also be deducted from your balance. The balance of your rental payment is due 24 hours (1 day) prior to your event date. Please keep in mind that dates will not be reserved until a deposit is paid
  • What if I need to cancel my booking?
    We understand that things happen and may change. In the event that you need to cancel your booking please be sure to notify us as soon as possible. Cancellations made 3 days or more prior to the event date will receive a full refund of deposit or any funds paid to us. Cancellations less than 3 days prior to your event date will result in the loss of your deposit of 25%. For all cancellations please call us at: 441 703 9574 or 441 703 1187
  • What happens if it rains on the day of my event?
    Interactive Entertainment will check the weather the night before and morning of your event. If the forecast predicts bad/ extreme weather, including rain, lightning and windy conditions we will not set up on the day of your event. This policy is to ensure the safety of the children and to protect our valuable equipment. In the event of bad weather we ask that you try tour best to have a back-up plan. Clients may also choose an alternative date to have their event. *Subject to availability
  • How does delivery work?
    *Free Delivery Island Wide For most events, we will set up 30 minutes- 2 hours before your event start time. Please remember your booking may not be the only set up for the day. In order to make set up smooth and easy, please choose your designated are clear of debris and other obstructions. If you have booked a fun castle, locate power outlets and ensure they are in working order before we arrive also.
